Frequently Asked Questions

How can therapy help me?

Therapy can be help you identify and talk about things that no longer serve you and help equip you with the tools to confront and cope with life's stressors, while receiving emotional support along the way.

If the thought of talking about sensitive topics makes you uneasy, especially if this is your first experience with therapy, rest assured that you are stepping into a non-judgmental space where you can feel safe, seen, and heard.

How long do I have to go to therapy?

Because therapy is a personal process, the length of time and frequency of sessions will depend on your individual needs and situation. Some clients feel comfortable with having only a few sessions to talk through and resolve their concerns, while others find they need support for a longer period of time.

Do you provide in-person therapy sessions?

At this time, sessions are held through secure video visit only, for your convenience.

What are your fees for therapy?

Individual therapy $125 per 50-minute session

Do you accept health insurance?

I am in-network with several health insurances at this time. Please contact me to verify.

In some cases, insurance companies provide out-of-network benefits. If this is your case, I can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement for sessions. You can find out more by contacting your insurance company and asking about your out-of-network benefits for mental health.

If you have additional questions, I invite you to reach out to me for a free 15-minute consultation. Contact me here
